  • I also experienced this problem, i just installed the plugin and I get the same message?

    Best regards,

    Obrad

I am working to fix the issue.

For the time being, I recommend to install the development version [1] of the plugin, there seems to be an issue with the function that processes the HTTP requests but it is an intermittent issue so I will need more time to find the bug in the code. Let me know if installing the development version of the plugin solves your issue.

I downloaded Development version but still same error. can you suggest please what should I do.

    Thanks

I can verify that the development version of the plugin did not correct this issue.

I will continue investigating the issue, we have received some messages in our official Twitter account, and also via email to our support team, so this may be a generalized error. I will update this ticket when I find the solution.

Same issue here…just adding comment to be notified when resolved.

    Looks like problems are resolved.

Thanks @jantjebeton for your comment, the issue is related with the cache generated by the firewall protecting the API that is powering the “Malware Scan” page, when the IDS (Intrusion Detection System) of the firewall detects a suspicious signature in the request (for example, the User-Agent is invalid, or the request parameters are malicious) then it blocks it and this is cached for some time (I do not have the exact information about how much time).

Since the error message was intermittent I will keep an eye on this for the next couple of days to see if the issue was fully fixed. Thanks for your patience and I hope you enjoy the new features added in version 1.7.3.
