Sucuri Notification

    I have installed Wordfence and also Sucuri Security in the same site. Some days ago I receive this Notification from Sucuri Scanner:

    Core integrity (1 files)
    Status File Size Modified At File Path
    added ~379.00B 22 abril, 2016 8:01 pm wordfence-waf.php

    Is the file wordfence-waf.php a security risk? Must I dismiss this advice?
