we weer advised by shipstation to whitelist this url ship13.shipstation.com
however sucuri only supports IP addresses. is there a specific url shipstation tries to access in woocommerce like a webhook or similar? then we could add that url in our allow path.

    we are getting this error
    IntegrationError: WooCommerce encountered an error and responded with StatusCode Forbidden. Content: <!DOCTYPE html> <html lang=”en” xmlns=https://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml> <head> <link rel=”stylesheet” href=https://cdn.sucuri.net/sucuri-firewall-block.css /> <section class=”center clearfix”> <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0″ /> <title>Sucuri WebSite Firewall – Access Denied</title> <link href=https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400,300,600,700

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @wooassist

To run imports ShipStation accesses the site at the following URL, documented here.

    https://yoursite.com/?wc-api=wc_shipstation&auth_key=YOUR_AUTH_KEY&action=export&start_date=08/01/2012%2000:05&end_date=12/31/2015%2021:00

Obviously, the dates in the URL are examples only.

The action parameter is adjusted to shipnotifyfor order updates that take place on shipping completion.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
