Sucuri Cloudproxy Firewall Error

  • When the gravity form is submitted, it creates a PDF of the form.

    But, because the senders IP address isn’t whitelisted by Sucuri, the PDF form only displays “Sucuri Website Firewall -Cloudproxy Access Denied” error message.

    Is there a fix for this?

    Hi,

    You mentioned the “senders IP” so are you referring to emailing the PDF to someone and that is when the problem occurs? If so, instead of sending a PDF link in the email you should send the PDF as an attachment.

    If the above doesn’t work or isn’t relevant to your problem I recommend contacting Sucuri about this issue and see what they say.
