Such a helpful plugin — issue with where customization appears

  • This plugin has been a big help in customizing messages to customers. I am having an issue with ‘Downloadable’ product orders. The customized message I have for these types of orders is appearing BELOW the download links and I would like it to appear ABOVE it as the message contains instructions for downloading.

    Is there any way to make the customized message appear ABOVE the download links in the email?

    Thanks for the great review, @christinanine !

    I will see if I can make some adjustments to allow for this on Downloadable products, and if possible, I will add that to a future release.
