Successfully saved but … no

    bonjour from france,
    we just created a website to offer free accomodation to ukrainians refugee in the south of France.
    i installed a wp + nexproperty theme.
    we are creating listing and it does work, but.. (there’s always a but …)
    when i modifity a listing (issue is on some listings but not all) and click at the bottom the save button, i have a nice message at the top “Successfully saved”
    but i open it again, modifications has not been saved, tried to modify other fields, same issue, mods are not saved despite the “Successfully saved” message

    au secours ( a kind of help but in french ?? )

    oh just found that the issue is only on some listing saved, others can be modified.

    Hi,

    Nice to hear that, hope our solution will help.

    I can’t simulate your issue on my testing installation.

    Possible issues:

    • Third parity plugin causing issue, so disable all third parity plugins
    • Server mod security or similar don’t allow some submitted content and refusing to save, try disable mod security or similar, if you can’t ask your hosting provider
    • Some caching mechanism on server or plugin causing troubles, load old cached content, disable this if exists

    thanks for the quick reply.
    disabled all third part plugins, no change
    was not able to see an issue on the server side (mean it could be the issue but i did find any at the moment)
    found 3 listing that cause trouble at this stage.
    here is the process:
    on the listing i add (for example purpose only) “34” into all fields, save, go to another menu, come back, open the listing again.
    All 34 modifications made on the upper fields (Title, address,category, ..content) are there but all other 34 modifications made have disappeared on the personalized below (all the other in fact).
