  • It looks like you have added that line to one of the plugin settings, correct? The plugin normally works like this:

Feel free to send a test email to see how it works.

    Hi jeff,
    Yes I know.
unfortunately I cannot give you an online url. I’m still in local
    The form works good.
I customized a few css lines to have it like I need.
But even if I had the trick linked previously in the url it doesn’t work.
I put the shortcode in a text widget.
    The <div class=”scf” id=”scf_success”> is displayed before the <aside class=”widget twelve columns” id=”text-5″>

I tryed to take of the <div style=’clear:both’> </div> line and add the one in the url. … nothing changes.

    thanks for helping.
    cheers

    A few precisions :
the div success should be in the <div class=”textwidget”>.
Also, I choosed the short result code and hide the
    < pre > in css.
And the problem was before I hided
    < pre > display.
    thanks

Something must be interfering or misconfigured because normally the plugin does not behave that way, as evidenced by the contact form link provided in my previous reply.

I recommend troubleshooting other plugins, the theme, plugin settings, and so forth until the culprit is discovered. Note: you can see how the plugin works normally by setting up a default install of WP using the default theme and no plugins.
