Success Msg Not appearing

Could you see if the transaction is logged in Stripe’s admin panel ? In Events & logs menu under the logs tab you should have the error that could help us understand what’s wrong.

I’m having the same problem here. Payment not processing, no logged info in the Stipe logs… no success message.

OK… I’ve got the success message appearing, but it’s not fwding to the success page now.

It is one or the other, in the Direct Stripe settings you can choose to enable redirection or use the success message.

I’m not sure what the problem is. I can’t get that payment page to work. I’ve got it fwding to the fail/success pages, but I can’t get a transaction to process, and nothing gets logged either. I can’t figure it out. It’s not like it’s a complicated set up… super simple. I have other payment pages set up exactly the same with no problem, but this one…I can’t get it to work.

When you run tests for that button, does it redirect to the “Success page” you set up but the transaction is not successful?
No logs appear in WordPress or the Stripe admin panel under Events & logs ?

No logs appear in either stripe, or wordpress. Let me re-run the tests to confirm what it does on the tests.
