• Hi there,
When I use the “Auto-Insert” feature, set to appear before the first H2 tag, the TOC works okay but shows a “Success!” message underneath it for some unknown reason. Obviously visitors to the page do not need to see this, so it is pointless and even distracting. Please tell me how to turn this off?

    Thank you,
    Bryan

    Hi!

That is a very strange behaviour indeed.

I have performed a global search of the source code for the string “Success!” or “success” and nothing comes up, so I don’t relly understand where this could be coming from without further details.

Could you show me a screenshot or better, a link to the page ?

    Thank you!

    Hi,
Thanks for looking into this. I have managed to find a workaround by using your “Skip headings by text” feature but this only works if I never have a title with the word “Success” in it. ??

I have just turned this off, so the message is back for you to see. As an example, go to
https://missioncontroldisinfectants.com/how-to-protect-against-superbugs/ and you will see the “Success!” message at the bottom of the TOC. This only happens in “Auto Insert” mode though, not when the shortcode is manually added to the page.

If you can’t figure it out, I will just turn the workaround back on, so no big deal.

    Cheers, Bryan
