    Hi,

    Thanks so much for the reply. I did upgrade the plugin, but cannot test because for some reason I cannot get the pop-up to work now. It is enabled. I’ve deleted my cache several times and changed the settings from session to refresh in attempts to get it to come up. Any thoughts on what I might be missing?

    Hey,

    It works for me. Do you use a plugin like WP Super Cache? Or perhaps your hosting service comes with its own caching system?

    Hi,

    I do use WP Super Cache and have deleted its files repeatedly with no luck. It’s so weird because it was popping up fine before. Well, glad it’s working on your end. Hopefully, it is for my customers too! Ha! Thanks, I’ll keep trying to figure it out. I appreciate your time.
