“success” message not loading

Hi! This plugin is great, and everything is working EXCEPT that when someone submits a form, the “success” message at the end does not show.

The form displays the “circle” after clicking on submit, we receive the email, but the user does not see any confirmation / success message.

Using WordPress 6.3, Contact Form 7.
