Hi crisbucek! You should turn on Force SSL Administration in WordPress HTTPS so the ajax call is made via HTTPS. Otherwise on HTTPS enabled pages the calls will fail due to cross-domain restrictions.

    Hi MemberFindMe,
    Many thanks for your reply!
I went to the wp-admin and on the left menu, I clicked on “HTTPS” and then ticket the box where says:
“Always use HTTPS while in the admin panel. This setting is identical to FORCE_SSL_ADMIN.”
Still the success message does not come through…
Is that what I am supposed to do? If not, please let me know where and how to turn on that option.
    Thanks in advance!

Hi crisbucek! Please email us with a few things so we can perform some tests:

    1. The URL to the page with the widget that you are having trouble with.

    2. A WordPress admin login to your site with permission to edit the plugin.

Please send your email to [email protected].

    Hi MemberFindMe,
    Thanks for your reply.
I just updated the Constant Contact Plugin and it works fine now.
    Best regards!
