    Hello all,

    When i try to submit contact form it shows- “Your message was sent successfully. Thanks”.But actually i didn’t receive mail. I have also configured SMTP setting by installing wp-mail-smtp plugin.
    Email functionality works perfect when i test it through wp-mail-smtp and chatting plugin.

    Note:For chatting i have installed “lively Chat Support” plugin.

  • The green Success message and not receiving any error messages is a very clear indication that CF7 is sending the email.

    So your email is probably being seen as spam somewhere in the email process. This is usually due to email headers (in particular the From email address used) or email content.

    Emails can be considered spam for a whole host of reasons and get rejected at many points in the email process in addition to your spam folder.

    I just sorted out issue.Problem was from my end – [subject] tag has been removed from front end but still i was using it in Subject and Message body field.

    By replacing [subject] with static word it works fine.

    Thank you for kind support.

    After researching quite a bit, this is the only post that helped. I just needed to change the subject line from [your subject] to a static word. Such an easy fix but very difficult to find the answer online.
