Success Message

  • Is there any way that I could redirect people to a separte thank you page after they fill the email enquiry form instead of using the default form success message part?

    Thank you for reaching out. As yu have found the success message is hardcoded to show via pop-up so that the user stays on the product page where they are submitting the inquiry form from.

    Adding a Redirect option would be doable, but at the moment with WordPress major release 6.0 due out in 13 days and WooCommerce 6.5 just released, we are a bit snowed under testing and updating our plugins and themes for the new major versions.

    I’ll add it to the plugin’s roadmap as a future enhancement and add look at it when we have the time.

    Leave this ticket open and I’ll update you when we get a chance to look at it.
