Yes it is possible.
Use either of our free plugins Rainmaker (How to use Rainmaker’s form in Email Subscribers) or Email Subscribers – Group Selector for it.

In the home page above the footer we have form for email subscriber.

When the user subscribe with this form success message came only top of the right side.

Please check it.

I checked your site. You have added Email Subscribers form whereas we had told you to either use Rainmaker or Email Subscribers – Group Selector.
Please change your subscribe form and then have a check.
