Subtotal Total Zero with Gift Certificates; Product Price Correct

Hello!

I recently updated to 4.0.1 and now cannot use the name-your-price Gift Certificate function in combo with Smart Coupons. When I enter a price on the product page, then head over to the cart, the product price comes thru correctly, but not the subtotal or total. Those show zero.

I downgraded and upgraded Smart Coupons in the case that this was the issue, but the issue seems to be the WooCommerce platform itself?
