• I have noted on some invoices that the subtotal and the total differs where there are no shipping costs.

    example:
    Subtotal: R1,556.02
    ___________________
    Total R1,555.99 (Includes R202.96 VAT)

I have played around with the rounding settings. I am rounding at subtotal and not at each line. If I change the settings to round each line item, the difference between the subtotal and total increases.

Does anyone know why this is happening and is there a way that I can fix it?

In the Simple template of the free version of this plugin, the subtotal and total are calculated by WooCommerce. You can compare the email that is sent by woocommerce to you/your client, and this should show the same amounts. Can you check that (you can disable the PDF Invoice plugin to be sure it’s not interfering with this)? If there is a difference between what WooCommerce shows in the email and what this plugin displays (and you haven’t made any changes to the invoice template), please provide screenshots of the order details, email and PDF so that we can try to find the root cause.
If this is the same in both places, please contact WooCommerce because it may be a bug in WooCommerce itself. In that case you’ll also want to let them know whether this was an order placed manually in the backend or via the checkout in the frontend (checkout could be more accurate), and make sure you test with all other plugins disabled.

    Let us know your findings!
