Ensure you select the product writing and select the option business summaries. Then procced to add to quote on checkout you will see.

That word can be prevented from breaking using some custom css:

.woocommerce-checkout .product-total {
  word-break: keep-all !important;
}

Custom css can be entered at:
Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
