Subtotal for non reserved items

Currently i have customers “hacking” the min subtotal by adding reserved items, not always possible to get the reserved items so in most cases they’re getting free shipping for less than expected, so what i need is a condition for the subtotal WITHOUT the reserved items.

The plugin is made to be extendable, so custom conditions can be added that would fit your requirements.
