Subtitles Not Showing Up on Blog Post

    Hi there – I have started to build out a website and was using the subtitles plugin for some pages. Everything was working fine until last night when all the subtitles disappeared on each of my blog posts.

    For example the subtitles show up here: https://qak.nlj.mybluehost.me/itineraries/
    But do not show up on the blog post itself below the title on top: https://qak.nlj.mybluehost.me/thailand-10-day-itinerary/

    I am using Divi theme with a Fullwidth Post Title if that helps at all. I am not aware of anything I did differently before they disappeared.

    Any help here is greatly appreciated!

    Hi there,

    Thanks so much for using Subtitles.

    Did you install any additional plugins or perform a theme update? Subtitles hasn’t been updated since 8 months ago (that will change next week; a few cool changes coming).

    Do you see the same behavior if you preview a default theme inside of the Customizer (so no one else can see it)?

    Hi Philip – thanks so much for the quick reply.

    There were no additional plugins or theme updates that I know of that would have happened last night. However regarding your second point – when I have a blog post as a “draft” instead of “published” the subtitles show up. However when I hit the publish button the subtitles are no longer there. Any thoughts on why that may be happening?

    Just a quick follow up – I think I figured out the problem. Seems to be an issue with the social sharing plugin I have installed. I played around with the settings on that and now it seems to be working again.

    Appreciate the help on this. I will let you know if anything else comes up. Looking forward to the update!
