Subtitle in Breadcrumbs {display: none;} code

Dear Support,

Thank you for your brilliant plugin. I would like to report an issue that I faced on my theme after activating your plugin.

As you can see above that the subtitle is shown below the breadcrumbs.

I am using the following code to style the subtitle with the plugin settings options.
