    It is not clear from the description whether this plugin can be used as a substititue for standard ticketing options, e.g. ZenDesk.

    Hi:

    It depends on what features you’re looking for from Zendesk. We have some features that they don’t have (eg: woocommerce, edd and envato integration add-ons). And cheaper by far too. So if the feature set you’re looking for is here then, yeah, its a great substitute – and your data is under your control to boot.

    Some things we don’t have yet include their business rules engine and multiple email inboxes so if you need those things this plugin can’t help. But if you pure ticketing functions with alerts and agent routing, we got you covered.
