Substack functionality with WordPress?

I’ve been experimenting with paid newsletters and I tried Woocommerce for creating a membership but it then required a separate newsletter on another platform.

I’ve been wondering, is there a plugin or integration to give Substack functionality using wordpress for a paid newsletter?

I.e. memberships where all posts are sent by email to a mailing list, with a second tier for paying members who receive posts under a subscriber tag.

Woocommerce kinda does this without the emailing out functionality.
