    When someone subscribes using the form, the text says that a confirmation email has been sent, however no confirmation email ever arrives. I have tested this on 4 different email addresses and checked all of the spam folders, but it never comes.

    All of these subscriptions are listed as “unconfirmed” on my subscribers list. When I resend a confirmation email, no email arrives.

    Please help! Thank you!

    Thanks for reaching out! Did I get it right that you’re using MailPoet Sending Service on your site?

    If so, I found your account and I can see that MailPoet Sending Service has been suspended for it. I sent you an email with further instructions.

    If you’re using a third-party sending method, I’d recommend checking your email provider logs to see what happens to the emails.

    Thank you for responding, and for the email. I’m confused as to why my account was suspended for spammers using my contact form that isn’t connected to MailPoet?

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    I see that we already restored sending for your account, but for visibility, I’ll add our reply here as well:

    If you have the “Send all site’s emails with…” setting under MailPoet > Settings > Advanced on the “The current sending method – MailPoet Sending Service (recommended)” option, then all those contact form-related emails (or any other types of admin emails like comments, product reviews, etc or other transactional emails) would also be going through our MailPoet Sending Service. In that case, any bounced/spammy emails would also be included in consideration for our Anti-spam policy as well.
