Subsites on multisite

Hey there,

I am concerned when on a subsite in settings, when enabling something, for example, the .htaccess 301 redirect option on a single subsite website it adds actions in .htaccess fo ALL subsites that use the ssl plugin (not just the subsite we enable it for). I feel it is like that or similar for all settings too. When I do something in the settings intended for just the single subsite it does it for all?

Also, it concerns me when deactivating the plugin on a single subsite it deactivates all subsites in the network?

Is the Pro version more tightly integrated with multisite networks a work more effectively as expected when actions are taken on subsite individual sites?

It makes me nervous using on multisites as is.
