    I am using Jetpack as plugin along with Channelpro theme. Let me know what else detail is required.

    Sorry @wpyogi this issue is with my website and I am unsure it is an issue with my theme which is channelpro(Subscription box belong to theme I believe) or is it plugin which has interrupting with theme since installation.

    Please guide me through in this issue.

    Can you replicate the problem using the default 2012 theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Hi,
    I did following things:-

    1. Deactivated all plugins except Jetpack with Channel pro theme.

    Status:- No Change

    2. Deactivated Jetpack only with channel pro theme.

    Status:- Issue resolved

    Can we conclude that Jetpack is creating a problem with my subscription box?

    How to go about resolving this Issue If I want to continue using the jetpack.

    You missed a step. Switching to the 2012 theme.

    I did it but I cannot replicate this issue as 2012 theme doesn’t have theme-junkie social widget which is my subscription box in channel pro theme.

    In that case, I would argue that it is the theme that is conflicting with Jetpack – not the other way around.

    As you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developer/vendor. We do not support commercial products here.
