Subscriptions while automated newsletters were paused

  • A small auto-drip on my site. I paused it to rewrite the material, but left the sign up. People have signed up, but now when I enable the campaign, these people aren’t receiving the emails because they’ve “missed the window.”

    I thought that updating their subscribe date in the DB would fix it, but they still are not queued up.

    Any thoughts?

  • Hi,

    The best solution is probably to create a new newsletter with a new list, and then manually move all of the old subscribers to that list. They will then being at “Day 0”.
