Subscriptions to multiple lists when only one list is checked

    Hi,

    I have multiple lists that I can choose from in the mailpoetsignup tag generator. I only choose one list but when the form is filled in all my lists get subscribed to.

    I have tried deleting the tag and renewing it but I still get the problem.

    Up until recently the single sign up list option worked but now I can’t make it work.

    Has there been an update after 16.11.2020 as this was the last time that list subscription worked correctly for me?

    I am afraid that it might be happing for your other plugins. Can you please check by deactivating other plugins?
    Or you can share your plugin list here so that we can create the same environment and test.

    Please don’t use the below lists:
    1) Newsletter mailing list
    2) WooCommerce Customers
    3) WordPress Users
    because they are not allowed by mail poet.

    Hello,

    1)Newsletter mailing list was a custom list that I made. I have reset it as another name.

    2)Woocommerce customers – I do not use woocommerce. I am not sure where this list is being picked up from.

    3)WordPress users is an automatic list that is generated with WordPress. I do not know how to remove it as it only has the option to disable or restore.

    Anyway these lists were always there when the [mailpoet-signup] tag worked a few months ago so I don’t think the problem is these lists.

    I have tried various options and formats with new tags, removing lists…etc but the multiple sign up still happens.

    I really need this problem solved as at the moment I can not update the form on my live site to capture email addresses.
