    I have several subscription accounts that have been managed by WooCommerce Subscriptions. It has been working well and billing my customers for over a year.

    I recently noticed that it just stopped sending info to the Payment Gateway (Stripe) since the beginning of April and I don’t know why.

    Any thoughts or suggestions?

    WooCommerce Subscriptions is our premium extension. Support for premium extensions is managed directly on WooCommerce.com.

    Please login to your WooCommerce.com account through which you purchased the license for WooCommerce Subscriptions, and then open a ticket for us from the support page at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
