I’m currently working on a website for a client. They had a majorly outdated site (wordpress core and plugins), which I’ve been updating.

They have WooCommerce + Memberships + Subscriptions plugins.

Prior to running the updates, if you clicked into a users subscription, there were custom fields that showed:
    – Payer First name
    – Payer Last name
    – Payer Paypal Email
    – Transaction Type

These custom fields were automatically populated with the relevant information.

Since updating, the fields disappeared. I’ve managed to show the custom field section again, however any new Paypal transactions done since updating, are not populating the fields or the values.

Is this something that is part of WooCommerce Subscriptions? Or was this custom coded by the previous developers (there have been a few along the way).

    Hi @strike0concepts

The WooCommerce Subscription and Memberships plugins are supported on WooCommerce.com by choosing either extension from the dropdown menu there.
