    The order delivery plugin & the subscriptions plugin don’t seem to be working quite right for some subscription orders.

    For example:

    Order was made on 22nd of November for a subscription product that was delivered every fortnight (once every 2 weeks) – Delivery date specified was the 3rd of December

    Automatic renewal order was made on the 6th of December for delivery on the 10th of December. This is only 7 days after the first order, not two weeks?

    I have a feeling that because the customer ordered in advance, the renewal of the subscription payment triggered a wrong delivery date.

    Is that right and if so, can I not set the subscription payment to come out the day/two days before the delivery date?

    Or any other solutions?

    I have the latest woocommerce subscriptions & order delivery plugins.

    This is a plugin bought my client, and I don’t believe she has support anymore, am I still to go ahead and submit via the link?

    Hi Sophie,

    In order to be able to get support for these plugins, you or your client will need to have an active subscription of them.

    If you don’t have one, I also understand that you’re not running the latest versions of these plugins, so I’d suggest you renew your license to be able to update them first to check if the issue is solved in the latest versions.

    If the problem persists, please submit a new support ticket in WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support and we’ll continue our investigation from there.
