    Hi,

    I have two annual membership subscriptions set-up on my clients website. I had a number of subscriptions try to renew last month but none of the payments went through for any of them. They all had a woocommerce order created but they are showing as having been put on HOLD but no reason given. Any idea why this happened and how I ensure it doesn’t continue to happen? And what is the best way to process these renewals that didn’t go through last month? woocommerce is connected to Stripe for payment? This is the first lot of renewals since I set everything up last year so apart from the testing I did before launch there hasn’t been any other renewals.

    Also, should the user not receive an email prior to the subscription renewing to let them know a renewal is coming and give them the option to opt-out if they want? if this isn’t automatic is there someway I can add this to the renewal process?
