Subscriptions not being picked up in Analtics

    Hey Team,

    I have the alalytics plugin for woo in place, but for whatever reason it is only picking up one-off purchases and not subscription sales.

    I use Sumo Subs.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    I see the issue is marked as resolved. Were you able to solve the issue or do you still need help with it? ??

    If you still need help, can you please confirm if it used to pick up the subscriptions from Sumo Subs before?

    If so, have you made any changes to the website recently? This could be adding or removing plugins or custom code, updating the theme or plugins, etc.

    Hey Carol,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I think I have figured it out….. The subscriptions don’t get recorder, as they don’t have a “thank you” page. They are automated and the customer does not visit the site.

    I didn’t know how to delete the post.
