• Hello, I was wondering why my test subscriptions created under Stripe newer expires, but remain active.

I believed that the control of when the subscriptions runs out were handled by Stripe, but found out after contacting Strip that I was wrong, it is only the invoices.

My question is, where do I set the duration of the subscription?
I have added the Stripe Plan ID from the stripe Dashboard, and the Interval Count to “1”, but the subcriptions just keeps running and never expires?

    Regards
    Carsten

I saw this answer, in a closed thread in here, from the plugin author, to the same question I have posted here:

“The Wsspg Subscription Product has an identical relationship with the subscription settings that you create in the Stripe administration. If you want to change the subscription interval then you can do so in your Stripe dashboard (https://dashboard.stripe.com/subscriptions).

This is not what I was told by Stripe support. according to Stripe, you can not change the subscription interval in Stripe, only the payment interval. The subscription is not ended, even if the payment ends.

So the question remain, how du you set the duration of the subscription, so it will be expired after a month, as example?
Support mentioned the use of webhooks.
