Subscriptions in popup not working

    Hi.

    I installed your plugin and it works fine with widgets (as you can see it on the homepage of my site), but it does not work in popups, specifically I mean popups created in Popup Maker plugin. When I try to subscribe via this popup, it says success, but I am not subscribed – I don’t get any email and I don’t see myself in the list ob subscribers. And even it I click it many times, it is still the same and everytime I see success, but I am not subscribbd. And even if I tried to subscribed with an email which is already in the database of subscribers, it said success even thoug it should say that I am already subscribbed.

    I tried visiting your site https://rekonstrukce.selfici.com/2018/11/pokladka-linolea/ and did a test by subscribing via a form on the right side in a pop-up. I was able to get a successful notification as well as I receive the confirmation email. It seems like your issue is already resolved. Can you confirm that to me?

    Hi Aditya.

    It’s weird, because now it works, but I have not changed anything.

    Anyway, do you please know how to integrate it with the Popup Maker to close the popup window once the user has subscribed and never show him the window again? They support cookies, which is good enough for me – so for example once the user closes the window, the window does not appear again for the user. But how to achieve the same after successful subscription of the user? They support manual JavaScript for 3rd party plugins integrated in the popup, but it does not work, because even though I have successfully subscribed, I am still getting the popup.

    Hi Bari007,

    Close the popup when the subscription is made successfully. This is a feature of the pop-up plugin and not the Email Subscription plugin similar feature is also available in Icegram Engage. Contacting Popup maker could help in this case.
