Subscriptions: Customer Changes Options But Subscription Doesn’t Reflect Change

Hello,
I have a client using WooCommerce Subscriptions. They have a subscription product that has different options the customer can choose from. The customer wants to change their subscription options and we’ve turned it on for them to do so. These are the steps they are following:
1) Login to their account
2) Click on Subscriptions
3) Click on the “Change Options” button underneath their subscription optionsFrom here, they are taken to the product page for the subscription, but there are two problems:
1) Their options are not pre-populated
2) Once they re-enter their options and click “Sign Up Now” and go back to the “Subscriptions” tab on their account, the options are not changed.Anyone know what’s happening here, or if we are missing something? Is this possibly a bug in Woocommerce?
