Subscriptions and one-off options on category page

    Hi,

    I’m looking for a plugin that will allow users to choose one-off or subscriptions on the shop or product category page rather than going into the product page. I’ve found some examples: https://petlabco.co.uk/collections/dental and https://myeq.com/your-cbd-box/

    I will be using the woocommerce subscriptions and All products for woocommerce subscriptions plugins. Do I need another plugin to help customise the product category pages?

    You can try using a plugin like WooCommerce One Page Checkout to create a single page for your One-off and Subscription products.

    Thank you for your msg. It looks like that plugin is for checkout pages only. Is that correct? I’m looking for a plugin that will help me customise the shop or product category pages so that the customer can choose subscription or one-off purchase on the category pages as well as the product pages.     Hi @rachc

    The plugin suggested provides a checkout option on the product page so everything can be done on a single page.

    To achieve the functionality that the two examples provide would require either a theme that supports this and/ or customizations.

    This is a fairly complex development topic. I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out.

    I can also recommend the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

    You can also visit the WooCommerce Facebook group or the #developers channel of the WooCommerce Community Slack. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, as well.
