    Hi

I added a Jetpack subscription form to the above website but I wanted to check. Does it subscribe to all sites that Jetpack is connected to or just the single site. The reason I ask is that I run a number of sites and teachers are subscribing to the Fowey Farm site to hear about that work, not everything else. How does Jetpack CRM fit in and is it better to get a site subscription plugin please?

    Thanks

    Rich

    Hi Rich,

    Hi there,

The Jetpack subscription form specifically adds subscribers to the site where the form is placed, not to all sites connected to your Jetpack account. Each site manages its own subscribers independently.

As for Jetpack CRM, it is a separate entity designed to manage customer relationships and could be used alongside subscriptions to organize and communicate with your contacts more effectively.

If your primary goal is to handle newsletters or automatic notifications of new posts, then the Jetpack subscription form usually suffices. However, if you are looking for more advanced subscription management or email marketing features, you may consider using Jetpack CRM.

    Thank you!
