Subscription WIdget dissapear if jetpack is in debug mode?

I don′t see the widget in the backend, and even if I use
echo do_shortcode('[jetpack_subscription_form]');it does′t show the widget just the text of the shortcode ??I mean debug because I use this: `define( ‘JETPACK_DEV_DEBUG’, true);
