Subscription Test Proplem

    WordPress 4.9 running Twenty Seventeen theme.

    I just installed a fresh test platform and signed up for Stripe (test only so far).

    Payments seem to work fine. I had that working in no time.

    Subscription however, are not going through as expected. On the Stripe dashboard I see a customer is being created but the subscription itself is empty.

    On my end I see a green check and then a red bar with no text.

    There is nothing in the log for the subscription.. just the payments show.

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you for using Direct Stripe.

    I tested again a subscription button withe settings you described and it worked as expected.

    Did you previously added a plan in Stripe and used the plan ID in the amount field of the Direct Stripe Shortcode ?

    In your Stripe panel, in Events / logs page click on the log tab, do you have any error there ?

    Have the same problem – no logs at all.

    Btw, are payments via bank accounts (like SEPA or SOFORT) possible?

    Thank you for testing Direct Stripe.

    Sorry for the late reply, have you been able to get log in your Stripe Admin panel at Events & logs ?

    Sepa and Sofort are not enabled at the moment.
