Subscription submit gets page not found error

Are there special permissions need to be set?

Probably your provider or some kind of plugin are blocking the call to

/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php

Okay. I will check that.
In the error log I get two lines that say this:
[22-May-2013 22:38:23 UTC] PHP Warning: Module ‘imagick’ already loaded in Unknown on line 0

Is that an issue?

I forgot the mention that the person is added to the subscriber list.

So basically, the subscribe funtion works to add subscribers, the confirmation page is blocked and the new subscriber email confirmation link is blocked.

But the confirmation or the welcome email are sent?
Because if they are not sent it could be an error on that phase.

If you want to provide me an administrative access I can add “break point” during the subscription phase and found out where the problem is.

Send them to me at [email protected]. Take in account that tomorrow I’ll take a trip of a couple of day so I’ll have only tomorrow morning free to check the problem or we need to wait the next week.

The confirmations mails ae sent.
I checked everything again and I did not have the newsletter page set up correctly. It was private instead of public.

It seems like the problem dissappeared. I just simple override all the files of the module and now it works, maybe during the migration it was a problem, I don’t know.

I’m getting the same error on one of my wordpress sites. The url after subscribing (well, attempting to) is https://www.sctscouts.org.au/wp-content/plugins/newsletter/do/subscribe.php. The subscribing page is https://www.sctscouts.org.au/newsletter/

Also, and is it possible to add a title for the preferences?

It can be a file system permission problem. If the file is there (subscribe.php) ask the provider about this issue, probably they can help on fixing it.
