Subscription shortcode only works when logged in?

Hi,
We allow donors on our site to donate without registering, and give them the link to the page I listed to above in order to input their email and get the email link to come back and manage their subscriptions. I just noticed that although I see a result when I am logged in and visit the page (it tells me I don’t have any subscriptions), when I am logged out, it’s just blank with no field there asking for the donor’s email to get the process rolling. I know it worked when I first set it up, so I am guessing something has changed w/GiveWP or Beaver Builder’s code (which we use on this page to have that photo and button there at the top), or WP itself. Any ideas on how to fix? Do we need to NOT use a BB page?
PS. The code is in a BB HTML module, by the way, and is:
