I am Facing issue with only renewal subscription.
First time subscription purchase is working perfectly. I have only Subscription product in site.
I am using WooSubscriptions Plugin

You can either update the PaymentIntent with a payment method and then confirm it again, or confirm it again directly with a payment method or ConfirmationToken.
You have already created a ticket with WooCommerce Subscriptions support and now you are waiting for their reply.
There is no any error with the Subscription plugin. I Have installed older version of stripe plugin which is 8.0.0 and it was created the payment using this method
Could you clarify what you mean by this message?
Is the payment method created with Stripe for WooCommerce plugin not appearing?
Could you share a screenshot of the Checkout page where the payment method is missing?
May I ask why are you using an older version of the Stripe plugin?
Which version of the WooCommerce Subscriptions are you using?
Lastly, could you tell me which plugins are active on your site right now?
