    I have a problem with my WooCommerce subscription renewal orders which does not get updated. ON the subscription page i can see a entry: Order #142613 created to record renewal. and then immediately after that another note added to the subscription indicating: IPN subscription payment completed.

    However, if I look at the renewal Order #142613 (the one mentioned above), then the payment method is blank, and the order status show as Pending Payment, as a payment failed email was send to admin and also the customer. The subscription also shows as on hold – even though IPN confirmation was received and noted.

    I have created a video showing the fields on Parent orderm subscription and renewal order – please give me a email then i send you the loom video link.

    PS – My payment that are made using your Stripe payment plugin dont have any problem at all, only the paypal ones have this issue.

    Hi @royalmicer

    This PayPal plugin doesn’t use IPN notifications so the fact that you’re seeing order notes that reference the IPN tells me you might be using another PayPal plugin. That or these particular subscriptions were created using another PayPal plugin.

    You were right i had the default PayPal payment activated instead of the Payment plugins one.
