subscription renewal error

  • Good morning,
    I used the plugin YITH WooCommerce Subscription to create a yoga portal with subscription courses.
    A customer with a six-month subscription that expired on February 21, 2024 continues to view the course.
    Could you help me solve it? Are there any checks you could do? Do you need access?
