    We guess you are using the Gutenberg editor and that is why you see the screens differently.
    In case you want to have the standard theme, please, install the ”Disable Gutenberg” plugin and after activating it, you will see the HTML editor you used to have for the popups:

    We rely on the Gutenberg editor exclusively now. Is this the only solution? Can the editor be disabled only for the time that a popup is being built or does it need to stay disabled?

    I installed the recommended plugin, and it has the options we need to still let people use the new editor. I think this will fix my problem. Thank you.
