Subscription pop-up not appearing

Do you have a screenshot of your settings for this pop-up?

I’ve set it to appear when one is near the bottom of the milestones, about us e.t.c pages on the navigation menu ,but it’s not appearing,.. yet its a very crucial tool.

yes i have the screenshot.. but since i dont seee where I can upload the picture, here is the wording on it..
I haven’t changed much on it, other than the font and color.

You can upload it into your media library, which will give you a link, which you can post here.

its much similar to the one modeled on that page.
there seems to be an issue with its responsiveness which is a back-end issue (from your end)
if you haven’t seen it in the pages i’ve recommended visiting , its a manifestation of the problem !
note that the subscription pop-up was crucial to me installing this plugin.

whats your prognosis on this issue? should i uninstall and reinstall the plugin? or wait till you guys update?

have you realized there’s no pop-up in my pages too, even after selecting the option of the subscription pop-up to appear on all my pages?

We need to see your selections. Maybe it showed once, and you selected to show it only once per visitor, so that it doesn’t get displayed anymore. You can google how to take a screenshot, should be quick.
