    Thanks
This is one of my customers whose credit card balance is zero and canceled by credit card company
Could you let me know what I should do now?

Users try to purchase a 7-day free trial subscription they don’t need to pay for a free trial
    But
The subscription is going to pending status but I think it’s going to be active for 7 days after that it’s going to pending

I don’t know what happened to this type of scenario
Could you tell if this is right or wrong

What you do next is up to you and the business process you have in place. If you want the customer to have the free trial then set the subscription to active. When the free trial is over, WooCommerce Subscriptions will handle the status.

    Thanks

    Sorry, Sir
You did not get my point
I am just asking why my subscription going to pending
    It’s a 7 days free trial subscription
    and
You see that in screenshot credit payment token is not generated

Check for a plugin conflict. If a payment token isn’t being generated then it’s likely that the payment gateway was never called by WooCommerce.

The plugin is designed to save the payment token when a subscription is part of the order, but if something bypasses the logic where WooCommerce calls the payment gateway, then that data won’t get saved.

I already checked Plugin, theme, Error log
I don’t found any confliction over there

Customer said that his credit card have 0 balance and cancelled by credit company
I think user still have to access for 7 days free subscription after that subscription going to pending
