Subscription Payment not enabling member

    Hi There,

    I have launched my site using your WP-Members plugin and we are using the Subscription portion to provide for our membership fee for our Non Profit organization and I used my own membership fee as a test to ensure that the process was going to work, from the Subscription screen it looks like the process worked, but on the user screen it is still showing as pending payment which is not the case because my payment was received and processed. Can you please assist me in correcting this issue…

    If you are having issues with the subscription extension, that should be addressed at the support site, since it is not part of the main plugin. If you use the contact form when you are logged in, I’ll see it sooner.
