Subscription Payment Did Not Trigger

    I had a subscription purchase on 19th January 2023, and recurring payment was suppose to be triggered via PayPal Payments on 19th February 2023. Till now, payment was not triggered.

    It shows “Renewals: 1” but no payment received

    I need help on why it was not triggered and to fix the issue.
